How do I place an order?
You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our webshop.

When do I receive my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on the following factors:
The stock level is stated next to the item on the webshop. Is the product out of stock? Then take a delivery time of + /- 8 weeks into account.
A pallet shipment can take longer than a standard package shipment.
Take an extended shipping time into account if the delivery address is outside the Benelux.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders with an order value above € 500 are delivered free of charge.
For orders with an order value lower than € 500, shipping and possible order costs are charged.
- Pallet delivery (european pallet):
The Netherlands: € 40
Belgium: € 65
Germany: € 160 (on average)
France: € 200 (on average)
- Cardboard box delivery:
Benelux, Germany & France: € 20
Other countries: € 45
In the case of a partial delivery, one-off shipping costs will be charged on top of the total value of the order.
Is the order not delivered at the specified delivery time?
Is the order not delivered completely or is the wrong product received?
Is het mogelijk om zelf mijn bestelling op te halen?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders with an order value below € 500 yourself. We work with an automated ordering system that only communicates with our warehouse and carrier (s).
For orders with an order value above € 500, it is possible to pick up the order yourself. Depending on the product, the collection address is in Enkhuizen or Molenaarsgraaf. Please state that you want to pick up the order yourself when placing the order in our webshop. We will contact you about the pick-up address and further details.
Return and exchange
Is it possible to return an order?
In the event of a technical defect in the product (a manufacturing defect), it is possible to return the order in consultation with the account manager. For this, contact your account manager. Our account managers are available on workdays from 9 am to 5:30 pm via +31 (0) 20 - 632 56 76.
In the case of a commercial cause, such as a wrongly ordered product or the wrong quantity of products, it is not possible to return your order.
Products that are tailor-made or ordered explicitly at your request cannot be returned.

What is the payment term?
The first order from a new customer can only be paid in advance.
For returning customers, the payment term is 30 days.
