Your order has been processed with the greatest care. If in your opinion something is not right, then you have the right to return the product.
You can return the order to us within 14 days after you received the order. You will be credited the full order amount after the returned product has been processed. The costs of the return shipment to Karsten International are for your own account. If you use this right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product to Karsten International with all accessories and in the original condition and packaging. Do you want to exchange the product? That’s not a problem! All you have to do is send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +31 (0) 20 - 632 56 76 to inform us. Please remember that you bear the costs for returning the product and that you should include the Exchange Form with your return shipment.

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us by telephone on +31 (0) 20 - 632 56 76 as soon as possible. We will try to change the delivery address.

We credit your account as soon as possible after receiving the product and the Return Form, which won’t be later than 14 days. We may charge costs for products that have been returned damaged. We will only take these charges into account if the damage is a consequence of using the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
