Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the order to us. You will then be credited for the full order amount. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the package to Karsten International. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product to Karsten International with all delivered accessories and in the original state and packaging. To do this, please contact us via info@karsten.nl or call +31 (0)20 - 632 56 76. Please send the Return Form fully completed with the product.

We will credit as soon as possible after receiving the product and the return form, which is within 14 days at the latest. We may charge for products that have been returned damaged or battered. We will only charge this if the damage is a consequence of the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the dimensions needed to transport your purchases. You will receive a separate e-mail with the shipping costs and request for payment.

When you have placed an order, all items in that order are shipped at once. The item with the longest delivery time determines the final shipping date of your order.

We deliver to all European countries. Would you like to be shipped somewhere? Send an e-mail to info@karsten.nl and we will be happy to look into the possibilities.
