Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the order to us. You will then be credited for the full order amount. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the package to Karsten International. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product to Karsten International with all delivered accessories and in the original state and packaging.
